30A West

Scenic Highway 30A is known as the smile of Florida and stretches for 24 miles from east to west in the southernmost portion of Walton County. The west end of 30A encompasses the western start of 30A until you reach Grayton Beach (the eastern end of 30A is Grayton Each and areas due east). The west end of Scenic Highway 30A is known for classic cottages, Gulf front mansions and short-term rental homes both on and nearby the beach, facing the Gulf of Mexico. Areas such as The Retreat, Highland Parks, Beach Highlands, Cypress Dunes, Cypress Breeze Plantation all have amenities that cater to your every beach dream.
